Fall down the rabbit hole as we mix the magic of the Mad Hatter’s tea party into delicious and bespoke Alice in Wonderland cocktails
The author of Alice in Wonderland, Lewis Carroll, used to spend his summers in the secluded gardens of Sussex Square in Brighton. Carroll was always fascinated by the secret tunnel which goes from the gardens under the coast road towards the beach. And he immortalised it by using it in the opening scene of his classic children’s story Alice In Wonderland. Alice falls down a rabbit hole which quickly becomes a steep, long, narrow tunnel and starts her amazing adventures.
It was providing a cocktail class at the Wonderland House in Brighton and hearing this story which gave us the idea to create a Wonderland themed cocktail class and cocktail service.
The cocktail class and service features delightful Alice in Wonderland cocktails where an array of tea cups, “drink me” potion bottles, and glassware showcase bespoke garnishes and infused smoke for a truly enchanting experience.
Option One
MAD HATTER COCKTAILS
- Choose three Alice in Wonderland themed cocktails from the menu.
- We can then provide an open bar or pay per cocktail service for your preferred length of time.
- For a small additional fee, we can enhance your cocktails by incorporating dry ice and mesmerising scented smoke to truly bring the magic of your drinks to life.
Option Two
MAD HATTERS COCKTAIL CLASS
- The class includes three bespoke Alice in Wonderland themed cocktails served in an array of tea cups, “drink me” potion bottles, and glassware with bespoke garnishes.
- For a small additional fee, we can enhance your cocktails by incorporating dry ice and mesmerising scented smoke to truly bring the magic of your drinks to life.
Bar, staff, ingredients, glassware, ice & garnishes are included as well as a comprehensive set up & pack down services and a thorough clean up at the end of the service.
